To Our Customers
There’s been no shortage of news and updates regarding COVID-19 in recent days, and we are actively monitoring and following the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and Health Canada. Our first priority is the welfare of our staff and customers and we wanted to share the additional actions that we’re taking to ensure a safe environment at Evergreen Computers.
Starting the week of March 16th we have ramped up our cleaning procedures and distancing protocols. IT Support for work-from-home, e-learning, and telemedicine has been designated as an essential service. As such we carefully remain open but with reduced services and hours:
Reduced Store hours, closing Saturdays, remaining open Mon-Fri 9:30-6:00
- Service Dept for drop off and pickup
- Email and phone sales
- Remote support
- Limited on-site business services at the technician’s discretion provided that appropriate physical distancing can be maintained
Suspended until further notice:
- All residential in-home services
- All 1-on-1 in-person computer tutorial services
- Sales showroom is closed to customers
If you visit our Lonsdale store, know that we are continuing to take precautions such as enhanced cleaning of our stores and encouraging strong hygiene practices among our staff. We are using disinfectant wipes to clean check in counters and credit card machines after each use, as well as on all computers being dropped off. We have closed our sales floor, and are limited customers to just the entrance area at each door. We are also limiting each entrance to one customer at a time. To further protect our employees and yourselves, we ask that when you are in our store, you practice safe social distancing. And of course, if you are feeling unwell, please take care of yourself and follow Public Health guidelines.
